On the 10th of February, Diesis proudly signed the Charter of Engagement of the Set the Tone project to reaffirm its commitment to create an inclusive and safe work environment for all.

By taking this first, fundamental step, we join the European Alliance supporting our shared commitment to transform social enterprises and companies into leaders of gender equality, inclusion and safety, encourage behavioural change and engage both employers and employees in this challenge.

This marks the first level of engagement – 33% of the process – and we look forward to continuing this path of improvement. We are determined to join the Fundamentals training to raise awareness among our staff about gender stereotypes, sexual harassment including cyber-harassment, and to promote a culture in which we all act as key players in preventing and reporting misconduct.
