Participation is the great strength of social enterprises – but how do they make it work in practice? How do employees, customers, local authorities and other stakeholders contribute to social enterprises’ success, and improve their social impact?
The Rights to Grow project has researched the practices of 26 social enterprises in 13 EU Member States. Its final conference on 25-26 June 2019 will examine a selection of participation techniques from a cross-section of social enterprises in different EU countries.
Key stakeholders will discuss the cases and give their reactions.
After lunch, participants will divide into small groups to discuss the recommendations that are to be taken forward.
