Sebastjan is a founder and present director of the NOVUM Institute, an institute for strategic and applicable research, active in the fields of policy analysis, political communications, and visual media. Novum is promoting and offering knowledge based support to new economic models as coworking and crowdfunding, social economy, basic income, human rights and active citizenship. His responsibilities include project applications, management, reporting and implementation of projects. Sebastjan is co-founder and one of the managers of Cooperative “Dobrote z.b.o.”, a social enterprise. Dobrote is developing a pilot project collecting preparing for reuse and recycling old cloths and textile in Slovenia. His tasks include financial review and international sales. In past years he has also served as an advisor in various communications projects, including the campaign for the former president of Republic of Slovenia Dr. Danilo Türk.
