With a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, graduated in labor relations, and specialised in cooperatives, gender and equal opportunity plans, Paloma Arroyo is the director of the Spanish Confederation of Cooperatives of Associated Work (COCETA), the Associative organisation of consultancy and representation of companies of the Social Economy – Labor Cooperatives.
