John holds a BA in Business from the National College of Ireland and an MSc in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
With experience in the public and private sectors, he has worked in an administrative capacity in the Irish insurance industry, the pensions industry as well as the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Department of Justice.
