Senior Expert in Social and Green Economy, Clusters for Eco-social Innovation
He has a wide experience in European project designing and management engaged in the topics of social business model development and scaling up; social innovation and social economy development, environmental sustainability and circular economy, sustainable transport and logistics, renewable energies, alternative fuels, smart and green communities.
He also is an expert on the governance and functioning of clusters, especially CSEIs (Clusters for Social and Ecological Innovation).
In 2014-20 he worked as a technical assistant for the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transport and for the Italian Coast Guard designing and managing EU projects, mainly under the CEF (Connecting Europe Facility) Program, in the areas of decarbonization of freight transport trough the implementation of the national infrastructure of LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) for ships and heavy duty vehicles, digitalization of sea traffic management, implementation of Maritime Spatial Planning in the western Mediterranean Sea and implementation of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic and Ionian Region (EUSAIR).
