Diesis is happy to welcome two new members in its network! Their membership will allow Diesis community to foster cooperation on a larger European scale.

The Center for Not-for-profit Law (CLNR) is a non-governmental organisation based in Bucharest, Romania, founded in 2013, which specialises in providing research, advocacy and other related services to civil society organisations and citizens. CLNR works, among others, to support the social inclusion of vulnerable persons and the sustainability of non-profit activities by stimulating social entrepreneurship among non-governmental organizations and people form disadvantaged socio-economic groups. The organisation also promotes civic participation and the inclusion of vulnerable groups through formal and non-formal education. Moreover, CLNR and its team members have a strong experience in researching the legal framework for social economy and advocating for its improvement.

 

Caritas Šabac is a member of the international Caritas network, with an office in Šabac, Serbia. Established in 2000, Caritas Šabac is recognised as one of the best examples of social enterprises in Serbia and in the region. Providing home care services since 2010, the organisation gradually developed a strong expertise in mental health and community-based services and obtained licences for social welfare services, home care, two day care centres and supported living for people with mental disorders. Caritas Šabac actively works in the field of social entrepreneurship with activities employing people from vulnerable groups.
