The European Union is actively promoting models of Employee Financial Participation (EFP) to strengthen liberal democracy and employee involvement. Our member, Institute for Economic Democracy (IED) from Slovenia has developed the European Co-Operative Employee Stock Ownership Plan (European ESOP), a groundbreaking approach set to revolutionize the corporate landscape.
SAVE THE DATE: On June 27, 2023, from 17:00 to 19:00 (CEST), an online event will discuss the current status of EFP models in the EU. The event will also focus on the implementation of the EU ESOP, transatlantic cooperation on the US ESOP, and the need for a unified policy approach across Europe.
Gianluca Pastorelli, Executive President of Diesis Network, will lead a roundtable discussion titled “Sustainable Development in the EU and the Role of EFP Models” at 17:30.
