With the aim of connecting and exchanging experiences, the partners DIESIS NETWORK and SISTEMI FORMATIVI CONFIDUSTRIA received the Chamber of Commerce of Honduras and Colombia to show them some good practices of European entrepreneurs for the development of joint activities and commercial matching.
In the framework of the good practices in the areas of circular economy, sustainable tourism and agri-food, the partners visited:
- ISTO explaining the importance of social sustainability of tourism for sustainable development, its indicators, among good practices and the positive effect on people and economy
- Permafungi, a social cooperative that collects coffee grounds to produce fresh oyster mushrooms.
- i-Diverso who offer sustainable work and strive for an inclusive society where everyone has the opportunity to fully develop and take control of their own career.
- BIGH an urban farm using a state-of-the-art aquaponic system that grows fish, fruit, vegetables and herbs in a closed loop with no waste.

Con el objetivo de conectar e intercambiar experiencias, los socios DIESIS NETWORK y SISTEMI FORMATIVI CONFIDUSTRIA recibieron la Cámara de Comercio de Honduras y Colombia para mostrarles algunas buenas prácticas de los empresarios europeos para el desarrollo de actividades conjuntas y el matching comercial.
En el marco de las buenas prácticas en los temas de economía circular, turismo sostenible y agroalimentación, los socios visitaron:
- ISTO explicando la importancia de la sostenibilidad social del turismo para el desarrollo sostenible, sus indicadores, entre las buenas prácticas y el efecto positivo sobre las personas y la economía.
- Permafungi, una cooperativa social que recoge posos de café para producir setas ostra frescas.
- i-Diverso que ofrecen trabajo sostenible y luchan por una sociedad inclusiva en la que todo el mundo tenga la oportunidad de desarrollarse plenamente y tomar las riendas de su propia carrera profesional.
- BIGH una granja urbana que utiliza un sistema acuapónico de última generación en el que crecen peces, frutas, verduras y hierbas aromáticas en un circuito cerrado sin residuos.
