The GSEF Global SSE Forum in Dakar has officially kicked off, bringing together SSE experts and practitioners from all over the world to share ideas, engage in concrete SSE practices, and inspire one another towards inclusive and sustainable development. The six-day event features a Youth & SSE Pre-Forum and a Women’s Day for SSE, followed by three days of plenary sessions, workshops, cultural animations, and villages of initiatives.
One of the highlights of the Forum is the presence of Diesis Network Executive President Gianluca Pastorelli and Senior Expert Marta Bruschi, who will lead several sessions. On May 4th, they will discuss Collaboration and instruments to accompany the digitalization of the Social and Solidarity Economy. On May 5th, they will lead two sessions: Alliances et renforcement des coopérations et réseaux comme moyen d’influencer les politiques and Unlocking the potential of SSE through community regeneration.
