Developing entrepreneurial third sector leaders across Europe (2016-2019)
Eu3leader was an Erasmus+ project that aimed to strengthen leadership and entrepreneurial capacities so that third sector organisations are better able to drive positive change in tomorrow’s Europe. The project developed a framework and know-how platform for entrepreneurial leadership in the third sector. The framework included key competences for third sector leaders. Diesis was involved as an expert in European tools in education and training to support the development of the set of competences and the training course related to the ECVET system. Diesis brought the social entrepreneurship model and including skills and competences from the sector in the training.
Through the project several papers have been developed by the partners. In particular the EU3Leader Research explains the new framework of competences was developed and how it can be used. It also provides detailed descriptions of each competence, and behaviours (indicators) for the four levels for each one.
Eu3leader project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union (2016-1-UK01-KA202-024528)
