Promoting the Prevention and Elimination of Workplace Mobbing and Harassment (2021-2023)

The PROTECT project aims at contributing towards a more equal and fairer workplace experience in Europe, especially for women. It’s primary goal is to enhance the ability of women workers, employers/ managers and VET professionals in recognizing and tackling workplace mobbing and harassment and to raise awareness about the different kinds of forms abuse can take in the workplace.

Objectives:

prevent mobbing and harassment through comprehensive codes of conduct in the workplace
train VET professionals on preventing and managing work-related violence
educate employers/managers and companies regarding the adaptation of anti-mobbing and anti-harassment policy
raise the awareness of female workers about their rights and support options in case of mobbing and harassment, including reporting.
