Based on 14 case studies analysed in the project, the project partners identified the most important elements for successful business transfers to employees. By interviewing representatives of WBO companies from Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, North Macedonia and the UK, the video aims to present these elements.
The In4BTE project aims to find and analyse real cases where ICP rights as well as transparency principles have played a significant role in successful workers’ buyout processes. The project also aims to disseminate the best practices identified and transfer the know-how to countries that have less experience.
