Members of the project Take a Part had the chance to meet in Rome this past April; hosted by our partner #Associazione Nazionale per Industria e Terziario. Togheter with Innogrowth (Bulgaria), Anpit (Italy), ASB Ostthuringen e.V. (Germany) we took part of this sharing knowledge meeting for the creation of a new training model to participation and corporate welfare.
Talking to more experienced people in this area, getting to know good practices that other organizations are doing all over Europe and comparing the welfare and participation systems of the project partners countries enriched the social economy capacities in the sector, drawing clear connections, on how welfare policies are translated in the training field.
Moreover, we also had the chance to visit PORTOBELLO SPA, cooperative LUDUS and cooperative EUREKA, all of which are clear examples of cooperative respect and trust.
