D&I@JOBS Workshop will take place on 22 March 2024 from 10:00 to 12:00 CET in an online format.
The objective of this event is to present the outcomes of the application of the job carving/crafting approach in North Macedonia, to gather insights and reflections from stakeholders, experts, social and mainstream enterprises from Western Balkans and the EU, so that the inclusive job designing methodology can be validated and shared for further replication.
The D&I@JOBS project aims to gather and exchange job carving/crafting knowledge and practices as a work (re)integration approach, to support the inclusion of vulnerable groups, such as people with disabilities, long term unemployed, NEETs, and migrants, via strengthening their employment pathways and build the capacity of enterprises to serve as exemplary inclusive employers.
