The training is designed for employers, staff involved in human resources management and responsible for corporate welfare and/or social corporate responsibility.
The training will be divided into 2 parts:
- Definition and different ways of workers’ involvement together with presentation of real cases.
- Concrete study visits to several enterprises in Rome.
